Embroidery requires an initial digitising of your logo. We take your company logo and convert it into a format that works on our industrial embroidery machines – we always send you a mock up of how your logo will look embroidered before embroidering any shirts. We offer FREE logo set up on orders over £75, for orders below that the set up fee is £10. You may already have your logo digitised elsewhere we may be able to use the same file, if you can get the correct file type – get in touch to discuss.
Embroidery is very hard wearing and we recommend this for personalised clothing that are going to be worn day in day out. Full colour logo’s are easily embroidered with our 15 colour embroidery machine.
We keep the order process as simple as possible – you can email your requirements to us and we can take it from there. We offer a full range of clothing brands to choose from such as Regatta, Fruit of the Loom, Pro RTX, Result…
Standard size logo’s/designs are included in the price of the item (where applicable). We normal embroider your company logo between 9-10cm wide. This can vary though depending on the over height & width of your logo. If you want your embroidered badge a particular size just let us know.

- If you need an exact colour match for your logo please let us know – we can provide sample sew outs of your logo if required at a cost
- Text should be a minimum of 10mm high, otherwise it get’s too small to see clearly
Digital Print
We supply full colour / photograph garment printing. We use an industrial large format print and cut machine to digitally print your image onto special garment vinyl.
We can supply large & small volumes of high quality digitally printed T Shirts & clothing. Full colour printing is great for promotional clothing as well as workwear & uniform, clubs, groups dance troupes etc.. The printer prints the design on special clothing vinyl. It then cuts around the edge of the image. The design is then heat applied to the garment using a professional pneumatic heat press – this ensures the design lasts the lifetime of the garment.
This enables us to provide full colour prints, such as photographs & full colour logo’s to garments. It uses solvent based ink (also used for exterior signs) which means the print will last wash after wash. Please don’t get confused with other cheap colour printers done on a £100 desktop inkjet printer that fade after the first wash!
By using the professional heat press we ensure the vinyl is thoroughly glued to the material & will not come off. Ensure you wash the garment inside out at 40 degrees & do not tumble dry & the garment will last a very long time.
We also print PVC banners, roller banners, large posters & personalised stickers on the same machine.
Heat Press Vinyl Prints
Single colour printing is a great way to promote your business – If the design is straight forward there is no set up cost.
A logo or design is cut out of single coloured vinyl which is then heat pressed on to the garment. Great for text & web addresses on the backs of garments. We also use this method for dance troupes and clubs & groups that have simple graphics to print. Single colour prints can be very effective and are very popular with both The designs are very robust – the only special instructions are to wash at 40 degrees, do not tumble dry and iron on the back. Many designs bought in shops use this vinyl / heat press system nowadays.
Images are normally one colour – such as the printed numbers on the back of football tops or for printing company names on hi-vis jackets.
Best suited to one or two colour block or outline type designs
We use a £3000 pneumatic heat press to ensure the logo’s last as long as the garments do…
File Format
There are 100’s of various file formats out there and some are better than others. Generally Adobe Illustrator .AI or an .EPS file will produce the very best results. Although, if you don’t have these available, then other formats can be used as long as they are high resolution images. If you’re not sure then either get in touch or send what you have and we can see whether it is suitable. We are able to transform images into .AI or .EPS – please get in touch to discuss.
Legal right to reproduce trade marks & logos.
We assume you have the full legal authority to reproduce all logo’s and trade marks requested. Therefore, we will take no responsibility for any infringement whatsoever. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct authority for us to reproduce logos and trademarks.

Professional quality prints, quality garments, great prices
Prices in this garment printing calculator can include both single colour AND full colour logo / photo printing in the positions you specify – we can most graphics based on these prices. You will need to supply artwork suitable for printing. Screenshots & downloads from Google tend to be poor quality & might not print so well.
Printing is done on a digital screen printer - with vibrant colours and over 50 washes will last the lifetime of the garment.
Metallic colours are excluded from these prices
Front left/right and sleeve printing usually is about 10cm by 5cm. Large front or large back printing is normally around 26cm wide and upto 20cm tall. If you require photo / logo printing larger than this - please contact us for a quote
